INFORMATION CLAUSE

TKSM „Biała Góra” sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Smardzewice at ul. Bohdana Łozińskiego 6, 97-213 Smardzewice, KSM „Surmin-Kaolin” S.A. with its registered office in Nowogrodziec at ul. Kaolinowa 35, 59-730 Nowogrodziec; KiZZPS “Osiecznica” sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Osiecznica at ul. Piaskowa 7, 59-724 Osiecznica

as the administrator of your personal data, would like to inform you that:

b) In accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 letter b and c of the 2016/679 Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws EU L. of 2016 No. 119, p. 1). Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract concluded with the Company, as well as for purposes arising from tax law provisions (storing and providing proper documentation to tax authorities);

c) The recipients of the Customer’s personal data will be the competent tax authorities, courier companies and other entities delivering the goods, external suppliers of goods, as well as entities providing and supporting the Company’s IT systems;

d) ) Your personal data will be stored until the expiry of claims arising from the concluded contract or limitation of tax liabilities;

e) Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but it is necessary to conclude a contract with the Company. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it, the right to delete your data, the right to limit the processing and the right to transfer data – to the extent that processing takes place to perform the contracts referred to in point b) and the processing takes place in an automated manner;
 
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection / President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of 27 April 2016
